From the outset, when a customer orders a new Oyster we want the whole build process to be an enjoyable and rewarding experience.
Our direct relationship starts with you at the point of sale, since each Oyster yacht is sold by our own staff and not through an agent or dealer. Before construction begins each client is allocated a personal project manager from among our team of highly experienced, marine professionals.
Your project manager will advise you on the configuration and equipment choices available and will coordinate the build schedule and commissioning of your Oyster all the way through to delivery. This personal service includes accompanying you during yard visits and, when the day comes for handover, your project manager will attend sea trials, accompanied by our technical staff, who will go through the yacht's systems and equipment in detail, with you or your professional crew.
We know from post-handover surveys that the whole process of commissioning and building an Oyster is an enjoyable and rewarding experience.
