	David Tydeman - Chief Executive Having enjoyed a varied career, which includes qualifying as a Naval Architect, Managing Director of Beneteau UK and launching the Melges 24 in Europe, David has been Rear Commordore of the RORC and is a competitive yachtsman.
	Chris Hicks - Chief Financial Officer A keen sailor, with a young family, Chris brings a wealth of financial expertise to the Oyster team.
	Kjell Vesto - Operations Director Kjell joined Oyster in 2009 after a 30-year career with Nautor's Swan. A competent and enthusiastic sailor, Kjell is responsible for new product development and construction and project management of all new Oysters.
	Liz Whitman - PR & Marketing Director Liz joined Oyster in 1993 and was appointed to the board in 2005. Liz is the 'make it happen' person behind our marketing, regattas and special events.

	Mike Taylor - Production Director With over 20 years service, starting out in the build yard and the accounts department, Mike has personally project managed over seventy Oyster yachts and is a very competitive dinghy racer in his spare time.
	Richard Winckles - Chairman Following an industrial career, Richard was a UK partner and European Board Member at Schroder Ventures (now Permira). Subsequently he was co-head of International Private Equity and Head of Europe at Credit Suisse before setting up Balmoral Advisors.
	Robin Campbell - Sales Director With over 18 years at Oyster and RORC racing experience, Robin heads up the sales team and divides his time between our offices in the UK and USA.
