Oyster Powerline 390
Created in the early 1990s the Powerline 390 was Oyster’s first foray into production powerboat building.
She is a 39ft flybridge cruiser designed by John Bennett. The 390 is based on Bennett’s Humber 38 hull, with a modified transom, and new deck and superstructure. She has deep V hull forward moderating to a medium V aft, with a three quarter length shallow keel to aid low speed handling. Top speed is around 30 knots, with a range of around 350 miles at cruising speed.
In the standard layout she sleep four in an owner’s stateroom forward and twin guest cabin, with a further two berths possible in the saloon. Eleven were launched between 1990 and 1991.
